Strength and resistance training is an important part of my fitness regimen. It helps build muscle, increase strength, and improve overall physical conditioning. Strength training can involve a variety of exercises that work the major muscle groups of the body, including the chest, back, shoulders, arms, legs, and core. Resistance training can be done with weights, bands, or bodyweight exercises. With proper form and technique, strength and resistance training can help you achieve your fitness goals, like it did with me.
