Free | Nutritional Meal Plans for Kids

I have carefully put together - A Nutrition Plan for children (ages 4-9yrs), so you won't have to worry about their energy needs being met. I know as a parent, I used to worry about my children's health, but not anymore because my first thought when it comes to nutrition is to see that they've got their proteins in at every meal. Whole proteins like meat and eggs come with their natural fats so I don't have to sweat about two of the three macronutrients. About carbohydrates, I'm on the fence. Children who are active and enjoy outdoor play time can tolerate a lot more carbs as they burn out that excess glucose. On the other hand we are surrounded by a lot of unhealthy carbs that children have ready access to and that's not always good.

How much calories does my child need? How much protein per meal? What about fats and carbs? Download my nutritional plan that spells out the answers to the above questions. Take a print and run this food chart by your child's Pediatrician who knows their medical history best. Prepare fabulous meal plans so your child can feast on the good stuff!
